The security is Safe. But the interior was totally down, Water Tap, Shower Holder faulty. Master Bedroom curtain almost fall out. No TV remote control, Wifi broke down and waiting for 3 nights, nobody repair it, poor children unable to log in their Ipad. Flying pan alot of scratches Not Safe to cook. Only can text the owner no voice communication. Sad.

Deplorable cleanliness. Don’t look under the sofa and rugs. U will find cigarette butts, dirt, grime and dead insects. We didn’t allow our toddler to crawl anywhere on the floor and minimized time in the property. Amenities looked like they were there for ages so we didn’t dare to touch them. Chairs are shaky. Check in procedure is complicated. Getting in and out of the property is also tedious. We booked a 3 bedroom and they only provided 1 access card. U need the card to get in and out and to take the lifts. Car parking is also a hassle. Need to register through the security every time.

This apartment has got a wonderful view of the harbour which totally mesmerized my children, especially my 15 months boy. It was clean and real spacious for a family of 5 with 3 energetic kids. They especially enjoyed their bath time in the tub to the extend they refused to get out of it. We chose this place as it was near Legoland and the experience turned out to be better than expected. It's also near Eco Botanic area where's there's plenty of restaurants, cafe and convenience stores. Communication with the agent was also pleasant as they are prompt in addressing our issue and is courteous through out. I would love to stay here again if I ever do come back to Puteri Harbour.
