Terms & conditions

  • You can pay through Tabby across all Almosafer KUW omni-channel touchpoints, including web, app, call centre, WhatsApp and retail branch.
  • Tabby will only be available as a payment method for stays and flights within a set price range.
  • The minimum booking amount is KWD 4 and the maximum is KWD 300.
  • The processing fee will be refunded only if the bookings are failed or payments are voided. It will not be refunded if bookings are cancelled or amended. 
  • Tabby can be used as a payment method for both online and offline bookings. Same price limitations applies.
  • Tabby can only be used for either full payments or to pay remaining amounts when the customer has used another payment method before.
  • Customers cannot use a custom amount to pay the remaining balance.
  • Tabby can be used along with voucher codes, Almosafer Points and other available loyalty programs but Almosafer reserves the right to change this condition at any time without prior notice.
  • The approval of payments through tabby is at the sole discretion of Tabby. Almosafer has no control over any rejections or failures using Tabby as a payment method.
  • You can earn Almosafer points on bookings paid for through Tabby. 
  • Tabby cannot be used in conjunction with bank instalments or credit card payments.
  • Tabby “processing fee” is non-refundable if the customer cancels the booking.
  • Tabby “processing fee” will be refundable in the case of failed bookings as well as cancellations within 12 hours of confirmation.
  • In case of cancellations or amendments, all eligible tabby refunds will be processed through Tabby. Almosafer will notify Tabby to refund the customer with the eligible amount.
  • Almosafer reserves the right to amend or cancel this programme at its sole discretion.
  • Almosafer will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, misuse or unauthorised access occurring in connection with Tabby payments or any action or decision made by you in reliance on the information with regard to Tabby usage on the Almosafer website and app.
  • a processing fee will apply on your product total.
